Bobbi – Terms & Conditions

General Information

Bobbi (referred to as "we", "our", or "us") is operated from New Zealand. Our store is online-only, and our products are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond. To keep our model efficient and minimise waste, many items are delivered directly from our supplier partners to you, allowing us to offer a curated selection without holding bulk stock.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs vary by product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page or at checkout.
As many items ship directly from our suppliers, orders may arrive in separate parcels.
We currently ship within New Zealand only (international orders may be considered in future).

Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled unless agreed by us in writing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Some items may be marked as non-returnable (e.g. custom orders, sale items); this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Product Availability & Descriptions

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Occasionally, a product may be unavailable or discontinued. In this case, well notify you promptly and offer an alternative or refund.
Because many of our items ship from different suppliers, product packaging and delivery times may vary.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, logos, graphics, copy, and branding — is the property of Bobbi or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without written permission.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during your purchase is used only to fulfil your order and provide customer support. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We do our best to ensure accuracy and reliability of all content and services, but we make no guarantees that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bobbi is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site or any product purchased.

Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If an item is faulty, well work with you to resolve it fairly and promptly.
