Where is BOBBI based?
BOBBI is a family-run online store based in Wellington, New Zealand
Do you ship within New Zealand?
Yes! We ship throughout New Zealand using NZ Post.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
We also offer free NZ shipping on orders over $250.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times can vary depending on the item and where it is being shipped from.
Some products ship from our Wellington stock, while others are sent directly from our supplier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes are shown on each product page.
If your order includes items shipped from different locations, they may arrive separately.
Will my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Sometimes. If your order includes items shipped from different locations or suppliers, they may arrive separately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bobbi.co.nz.
We will always try to help, but once an order has been processed or shipped we may not be able to make changes.
I entered the wrong delivery address. What should I do?
Please email us at info@bobbi.co.nz as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched we can update the address. Once an order has been shipped we may not be able to change it.
Can I return an item?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and we will organise a replacement or refund.
How do you choose the products you sell?
Everything you see on BOBBI is part of 'The BOBBI Edit'.
We choose pieces we genuinely love and would happily live with in our own homes, focusing on thoughtful, well-designed items that feel a little different.
