Bobbi – Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your Bobbi orders safely, efficiently, and with care. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship orders across New Zealand, including expected timeframes and important details to note.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand. International shipping may be introduced in future — stay tuned!
3. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1– 3 business days.
Some items ship directly from our supplier partners. These items may take slightly longer to dispatch depending on their location and stock levels.
If an item is delayed, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
4. Shipping Methods & Timeframes
Standard delivery within New Zealand usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Rural deliveries may take slightly longer.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or seasonal demand.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items ordered.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage or sign up to our newsletter!
6. Split Deliveries
As we work with a number of supplier partners, your order may arrive in multiple parcels and on different days. You will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your order includes multiple shipments, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
8. Delivery Issues or Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@bobbi.co.nz. We’ll do our best to help you track it down and resolve any issues with our delivery partners.
9. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may need to charge a redelivery fee.
